- Friday is our preferred changeover day for weekly bookings; however we try to be flexible and accommodating.
- Arrival time is after 4pm and departure is 10am.
- A refundable security/damages deposit of £100 is charged with every booking.
- 25% deposit secures a booking, the balance must be paid no less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
- Preferred methods of payment either internet banking, cheque or paypal.
- All bank charges incurred on transactions are the responsibility of the guest.
- There is an additional charge for dogs of £50 per dog per week or £10 per dog per night.
